sky de astra 19.2e not showing channel name

Hi,
I buy the freesat v7,nice receiver,but when scan astra 19,2e, sky de channel dont have name,only ch 21,ch,22,but not sky cinema,sky sport.
Any solution please.

With weak signal the freesat units just scan in the channel "SID" and name it that.
Try re-scanning that TP from the TP menu.

Thanks for the reply but i have a 1,2 m dish pointed with a instrument and don t have any signal problem,others receiver on this dish don t have this problem.

You can rename the channels in the channel menu.

Weak signal!?

There aren,t channel names on Viasat 4,9E too. The only solution is manually rename each channel!!! Is this normal?!?

Some channels I get off Intelsat19C have no name.
I think the provider STB does the naming in their box.
Or this could be different formats from the satellite that the V8 V7 don't know.

The most no name I get is from weak signals.

Freesat v7 is the first so stupid receiver I see

I wrote to support half year ago. No changes...Freesat receivers don,t have any support...
