Yes MTN has been off for some time.
They changed something and the powervu code does not auto roll now.
They may have gone to "PowerVu+".

Welcome to the forum! We're happy you expecting news from us. A fix will means that someone found a way to open the encrypted Mtn PV channels. Freesat and others will follow doing the implementation.

I see that MTN has changed its TP / SR on NSS9 @ 177W.

It was 4098 / 24500.
Now 4095 / 30000. (rotating satellite so H or V for freesat units.)
Same 19 channels with "0e00" encryption code (PowerVu) and just the info channel FTA.
No Auto roll yet. Not expecting to get any auto roll code.

The Network opens but just for 1 or 2 seconds than key change then it shows encrypted. Think they may be using some EMM key thing. Encryption jumps keys super fast before freesat decoders can open channel.
Freesat v8 golden,2* Freesat 7Max 2x 1meter disk ku, 1x 1.8meter solid dish, 1x 3.1meter dish. Receive from 22west - 78East  Sat Hobbyist

MTN on NSS9 @ 177W was running a very low level signal for the last two weeks that my 3m dish could not lock on to.
Yesterday I find it has returned to full power.
It still looks to be changing the code very rapidly.
The V8 or V7 look like they have found the code then it changes and they go back to "Encrypted".
Some listings like Lyngsat are listing this as "Powervu+" as do the channels off ABS6 @ 159E.
I think this battle has been won by payTV.

That's really sad...
But im sure freesat team have not yet given up...
I'm sure they will be able to find a way to keep changing the key as fast as they change it with developments in new software.
Freesat have achieved alot and we are happy with them im sure they will work somthing out soon...
Let's all support them and hope for the best...
Thank you guys and hope you will manage soon...
Thanks for all your hard work....

MTN has gone to PowerVu+. This type of encryption is not decoded by Freesat units.
PayTV have made this change to fight back.
