problems with HD programs

My Freesat V7 has big problems with HD programs. Image and sound stuttering partly very strong. It looks like a memory problem. Please people from Freesat check this out.

Maybe a PAL- NTSC issue?? Have you tried changing Menu/ System/ AV Setting???

I tried everything, but it does not change. SD channels work well.

what sat and what channels are you having problems with.
I know 101W has some channels that have this problem, sometimes they clear up but is not a problem with the receiver.
just more info may be helpful.

I use Astra 19.2, only German FTA channels, and live in Spain.
