V7Pro and V7s5x don't want to work together

Hi i have a v7pro and a v7s5x in the same net, everyone can ping each other.
I activated multiroom server on v7Pro and setted newcamd client on v7s5x connected to v7Pro.
On v7Pro i see the ip of v7s5x in the bottom side of multiroom view.
On v7s5x in CS Protocol screen the line is ON, the status is "Ecm ready" and The server Message is "Server connection established".

The problem is that even if on v7pro the channel is ok, the v7s5x always shows encrypted channel.

The v7s5x firmware version is the lastest V4.2.84.9.460 of 09/05/2023
The v7Pro firmware version is V3.2.88.9.311 of 16/02/2022

I have two more v7s5x and v7Pro but they too does not works together.
The two v7Pro instead works between them.

Maybe i'm doing something wrong? Should i set someting more in server or client side?
I tried all 3 different protocol on client side with no success.
Do you have some suggestion?

Is there a way to let v7s5x support native multiroom like v7pro?
