V7pro roblem with cccam: invalid user name or password

Hi. 


Friend bought two new gtmedia v7pro products. I made him everything to work, latest firmware, cccam lines, chanels etc. After one-two weeks both of them stoped working.. when we check cs protocol all lines from cccam shows : invalid user name or password.


I tried his lines on mine v7pro and they working fine. But when i give him mine lines there is same situation: invalid user name or password ( on two recivers). 


I try to upgrade firmware at my home but still same thing. 


Is there any way to do something with it?

I forgot to say that its on normal firmware not Mars..
