91.5 rt hd freezing problem

91.5 RT HD ,free channel, freesat v7 watching 3 seconds then the video freezing .

and 138 look hd , audlt channel watching 3 seconds then freezing . it have 1280*1080 pix , not the 1920*1080,

Try changing your AV settings, things like NTSC / PAL and the output resolution.

RT HD 91.5C 4164 H 20640 . if someone watching 91.5c ， you can test this channel 。 watching 3 seconds then freezing。

james007 he's is talking about Measat 3 91.5 east I believe? Somtimes on my 10' dish if a have a little breakup on a particular transponder and all the rest are fine on that satellite I go into the satellite installation menu and check the "quality strength" and bump my dish positioner east to west to peak! That usually helps most of the time or maybe the dish needs better tuned! Hope that helps huang9926.

Have you tried deleting and re scanning that channel?
Lyngsat lists it as being Mpeg4 with two sound channels.
Also try the second (4006) audio channel as the first one (3006) is AC3.

I AM IN HARARE ZIMBABWE AFRICA,I USE A 10 FT MESH DISH RT HD FREEZE AFTER FEW SECONDS.HAVE TRIED SUGESTIONS STILL FREEZE.IT DIDNT DO BEFORE SOME UPGRADES

I use 8 FT Aluminium Dish. RT signal quality 60-65. Same problem.

As huang9926 said this channel is 1280 x 1080 which is an odd size and this is likely the problem.
I would love to have a HD RT channel to watch too.

tenho problemas com o box v7dh, quando insiro cccam de 4 linhas depois de um minutos o ecrã crash, esse problema foi resolvido com o upgrade de 22/03/2017, só que não consigo introduzir mais esse firmeware ja que o box só actualiza. obrigado

Try a flash.bin forced software upgrade.

Place a copy of the unpacked software (the .bin file) on a USB stick and rename it "flash.bin"
With the USB in the unit, power on while repeat pressing "Menu" on the remote. You must use the V7 remote on the V7.
The unit should reload the software.
