Audio description

I have the golden V8 combo which is working good so far but one problem I have is with the audio description of some of the HD channel. with other satellite receiver, to disable this facility, you press on the audio button on the remote and de-select NAR audio and change. WIth the golden box when I press on the audio on the remote, there ins't the NAR (audio narrating) or other audio to change. Why is this and how can I come over this situation.
