Sat>ip and 4k UHD Channels

Many people now have 4k smart televisions and pc's with hevc hardware decoding (or powerful processors). I know the v8 won't render these channels but is there a way to stream these from the box to other capable devices for viewing ? I have tried adding the 4k channels to favourites for streaming via sat>ip but as they scan in as radio channels they don't appear in the available channels list on a sat>ip client.
