Support Hebrew for EPG / Channel list / subtitle

I have the V8 golden.
The receiver support Hebrew characters.
I can not choose Hebrew from the: Menu -> System -> Language for the:
a. System (It is affect the name of the scan channels and all the Menus)
b Subtitle
c. EPG (this one is very important)
For the system, I can help to translate to Hebrew from English (the device already support Hebrew letters).
For the Subtitle and EPG, you need to add Hebrew (heb).
Also, for the: Menu -> Installation -> Terrestrial -> Country - Can you add "Israel" or "Other", that scan all the bands/frequencies that the receiver supports?
