Have question i have Freesat super v8 receiver ,if there is no Ecm Or Emm keys for that freq and ssymbol rate and if leave receiver on encrypted program channel will receiver pickup the Ecm Or Emm keys?

Not sure if I understood you correctly.
To pick up an ECM, you need a working server configured on the receiver (inside the hidden menu).
The receiver connects via internet to the server and gets the ECM automatically after a few seconds.
You can find servers ondifferent pages doing a search in ggogle, search one for the provider you try to open.
