my openbox v8 golden block-freeze help

Hello.i have open box v8 golden
i add the last firmware.in 11/08/2017
now When connected to the Internet after 5-10 min work it block-freeze all the device.
not respondit .after need shut down because not respondig nothing.end when are not conect to the internet not block work good.a tested for 2 hours.
i conect with lan,with wireles,is the same.after conecting with internet is blocking e neeed shut down ,
can u sugeset something .
