Digea 39 HD channels

Hello i cannot make this biss channels to work. They display the message No Service! How to add manul biss key? Or is another problem? These channels are on Hellas sat 39 east. The signal is perfect. I tried to manual add biss key but i cant they are a lot digits can anyone give me an example?

Which channels, there are various channels which have BISS on this satellite.
transponders 12223/12241H 13381, 12338/12352/12414H 11567, and a new one 12724h 6250.

I write friend. Its digea package. Alpha HD, Mega HD Skai HD, Star HD, Mak tv HD. They all dont open only sd version of them. How to manually add the biss key is there a video?

With the remote, when on the channel, press (+ PG or - PG), a small window should come to the screen, press the Green button on the remote then action as you wish., when done remember to move the curser to OK, then OK on the remote, then EXIT.
