No HDMI signal v8 turbo and v8 uhd Help Help!

I was using an HDMI switch and my two receivers v8 turbo and v8 uhd are no longer working HDMI output. AV output only. Is there any recovery firmware that I can resurrect this HDMI output or just by changing the hardware component? I can take measurements on the plate and pass it here. Do you have any reference tutorials? I have the tools to do it. I don't have an EPROM recorder.

It maybe that your switch does not like the resolution that the boxes are outputting.
Have you tried changing the resolution?

Your HDMI switch?
Has it had a fault that has damaged the UHD and Turbo?
I burnt out a HDMI switch by plugging in 12V instead of the 5V it wanted.
I now place red tape over the power input of any 5V part that has the same 5.5mm power plug as the 12V GT Media boxes to help NOT plug 12V in again.

I only use an HDMI switch without an external power supply. But I no longer use an HDMI switch. they attract atmospheric discharges. Well, depending on the problem I continue to have with the HDMI output of both models, it could be something in the hardware. I read something about a protection pin that may exist on the HDMI output. I also read that just changing the microprocessor.

The same way I use it without external power and it has even damaged the HDMI output on my Samsung TV. I never use it again. The purpose of the HDMI switch is to use a Hikvision NVR for monitoring security cameras and the receiver.
