v8 super sport 24 programs problem

I bought freesat v8 super. As you know there are 31 v ànd 31 H program on 4096V/H 30000. 31 programs v or H works . From 31 only 29 worked for me. now
1. Australia sky sport
2. Australia sky business
are not working. in additiom when I chànge programs downward or upward it stùck.
please how can I fic all theae problems?

Often the Freesat units scan in channels that are scrambled as not scrambled, that is they have no "$" beside their names.
Rescan the TP until you have all channels with "$". This can take a few tries if your reception is low like mine.

As for getting stuck when you change channel, I don't know.
It may be your reception is low.
Check that your dish is at its best alignment.
