I will describe my actions briefly.

To edit the playlist, it's convenient to use Notepad ++ (https://notepad-plus-plus.org). To load the playlist into the console, you need to save it in the .txt format with the name "iptvlist.txt" in the "ANSI" encoding. The USB drive must be formatted in Fat32 format.
It is necessary to correctly specify the address of the broadcast of the TV channel. The network has many playlists in the format m3u and m3u8, these formats can also be edited with Notepad ++. It is advisable to find a playlist of IPTV providers from your city and edit it for Freesat.

Example:
in the playlist m3u and m3u8:
#EXTINF: 0, Sony Sci-Fi

For Freesat:
Sony Sci-Fi, http://92.249.68.106/13/711

The names of the channels must be indicated in Latin letters. After the channel name, you must always have a comma.

After that, go to the console menu. Insert into the console flash drive, on which your IPTV playlist. You will be asked if you want to import your playlist, you must respond with consent. After that you can go Press menu / Channel List / IPTV / Customize or use the "Custom" button on the remote control to watch the video.

Openbox v8 Golden and v8 super supports three file to import,
that priority order as follows：
1. iptvlist.txt
2. custom_url.m3u
3. custom_url.m3u8
For Native language some problem must be change to english name same as you becuase it is not support Thai name in IPTV list.

Remark: you change playlist.m3u to custom_url.m3u name file and your USB stick no iptvlist.txt name files .

You can edit playlist .m3u by edit text such as Notepad or EditPlus software and import new IPTV playlist into your box but you can not remove unwanted channel in your box after import channel.

Editing the personal list of IPTV channels is done only using a playlist on the computer and re-importing it into the console. When you re-import, your old playlist will be replaced.
