It's necessary to change the chanel.
Can you solve that problem ?

software default Antenna Power OFF，Can not be modified！Some users buy an antenna with a 5V power supply, without STB.

If my memory is correct it went away after a software update.
If you do not have the latest and last software then try loading the new software Freesat_V8Pro_V317.rar from this forum.
