Looks to be back up.

The forum email is down again as at Sat Dec 16, 2023 10:37 am
New accounts will not get confirmation emails.
I am manually activating new accounts,
Use the pass word you set to open.

This happens after a Russian bot started a new account using an email address known as spam.
Gmail then blocks our email for 7 days.
