How to enable apps in background

To run ace stream engine or other app that works in background mode:

adb connect {gtc ip}
su
mount -o rw,remount /system
vi /system/build.prop

find 'winsat.app.runinbg' property and set the number of apps you want to run in backgroud. Ex. winsat.app.runinbg=2
save file and reboot

Keep in mind that apps in background can decrease overall performance
