No BBC News HD on Astra 19.2E

I have just purchased a GTX combo and updated to v. C21.A9.1.7_20231117 but cannot received BBC News HD on Astra 19.2E 1KR at 11229 V 22000.

The dish and cable work fine with my 13-year-old xxxcxxx tuner which the GTX 8k combo was to replace.

Using the transponder list, the GTX shows “11229 V 21999” with a 72% signal with 0% quality (no picture), where as the xxxxxx box shows a 55% signal 55% and 9.8dB quality (clear HD picture).

I tried editing the transponder to “11229 V 22000” with no change. Does anyone know what the PLSN setting is for?

BBC on Astra 19.2E, TP 11229/V/22000 looks without problems
Strong 72% It is a very low value and due to its FEC the Quality should be 62% The normal thing is that you have a quality of 84%
