Verifica en antena setup que el PORT POWER este en:
V(13V)/ H(18V)
Tambien te sugiero un Factory reset

Are you using DiSEqC switching?
I have found that the GTC will not switch DiSEqC 1.1 AND 1.0, ie cascade switching.

I have the same problem on some TP where the GTC doesn't response properly on V/H switching when V(13V)/ H(18V) option is checked. Is it a hardware problem?

¡Aquí estoy el mismo problema para escanear el Star One Ku! Una vez escaneado y luego después de la reincialización desapareció y no escanea más!
