GtMedia V9 Prime only greenlight problem?

Hi guys, i am new here.
i recently got UPG problem in my GTMedia V9 Prime
and i flashed it with CH341A Program


i use CH341A Programmer Version 111.33
the read, erase and write works Properly but when i want to verify

i got error like this


when i want to turn on my Receiver throught adapter and TV
it just only turn green light and nothing happened

please help if anyone know what is the problem

This sounds a lot like the problem my GTcombo had in May this year.
