Encrypted program

hello. the receiver v9 prime shows "encrypted program"some channels. but the same channels in menu "edit channels" its open normally. please how can I fix it.(MARS)

Same problem to me,mate. Only when you go to channel edit then you can watch the chanells on mini tv.
Not at all satisfied with V9 prime with Mars software. It has started a few days now to freeze on many channels on different packages
