V8X only green led

Hello, I have a problem with V8X. Only the green LED is lit and the decoder does not respond?

Have you tried another power supply.
Are you getting anything on your TV screen, using the Scart output.

Hello Den. Unfortunately, nothing works. Still no signal at the SCART input. Another power supply does not work either.

Do you have mars or GT Media software?
Mars recovery is different.
If GT Media software.
Check the USB is being used, try one with a LED so you can see it.
Do not have more than about 20 files on the main directory.
Press the button repeatedly, not hold it down.
