On my V8x in the DISEqC1.1 settings I have a lot of options, look for something like "2Cas:port1" , "2Cas:port2" and other options,see if you can find one that works

You should have DISEqC1.0 or DISEqC1.1 programmed but not both of them. If you have a 4 port switch use DISEqC1.0. I believe that is your problem.

There are 3 suffixes used on the STBs... S/T/C = Satellite/Terrestrial/Cable. If you google ATSC-C(j83.b) you will see they are talking about cable standards.
