Good Luck I have been trying over and over.. some bugs... this thing has a LOT OF BUGS... first thing take out the automative stuff everything should be manual.. and keep the thing a satellite receiver NOT AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

It's like this, when your monitor supports a certain resolution, it will be displayed in the menu. For example, if your machine only has a maximum of 1080P, then the menu will only have a maximum of 1080P. This design is very intelligent. So I think it must be either my 8k cable is not 8k certified or they need to upgrade the firmware..

Meaning it will display 4K and 8K no where on there does it say it will only display 4K

It maybe that the receiver is 8k but the output is only 4k.

Ok I tried everything you suggested I changed HDMI ports the GTX box was on, I tried a few different HDMI cables the same thing? I have few other satellite boxes, none of them have this problem, why does the GTX box want go to the menu instead staying on the LIVE CHANNEL SCREEN when changing inputs ...

Hello I can NOT RECORD using my GTMEDIA GTX unless I leave the TV on.. It will saying Recording just fine, but if I turn off my TV it will
go straight back to the Live Channel menus and stop recording... How do I fix this problem? this ANDROID I am NOT A FAN AT ALL OF THIS

Update I was finally able to get my hard drive to work properly by taking the hard drive and pushing it using a knife between the hard drive and
the unit rebooted it and it works now..

Exactly because the GTX is using a 12v 3.0 amp power supply, trust me I have tried everything.. and I did get it to work like for 10 mins or so. Then when I rebooted the unit the SAME THING.. WE NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS CHEAP every other person can get it work... Piece of Crap HARD DRIVE INTERFAC...

You keep saying that is doesn't have Enough Volts That has nothing to do with the problem.. it is the connection that why your other drive works... IT HAS NOTHING TO WITH VOLTS.
