It saddens me to see people think they received a lifetime warranty for a fifty dollar receiver, when you buy these boxes from the manufacturer they are not guaranteed to last forever especially in support, if you however bought from a DEALER then he may make promises he cannot keep, my Super is on...

I can say that I ordered a V8X and a V8UHD from a seller on the E bay and both took less than 2 weeks to arrive, my V8X test unit from GT Media took 1 week shy of 2 months, not sure the reason why however, maybe things have gotten better since then, but I doubt it, hopefully they get the problems fi...

I have not experienced that with mine but I would suggest you post more information about the circumstance with which it is happening...

Thanks, I switched receivers after getting frustrated and then switched back later and it started working, thanks Owen

Just received this thing and trying to get it setup, sure takes some getting used to but I like what I see except some of the satellite installation menus so far

Is there a trick to get the receiver to autoroll PV keys?? I have installed both bins available and also loaded the soft cam key file and verified they are there and I get nothing, not even on the channels that do not roll the keys....

Not sure I would be happy about that, I would complain to your place of purchase and see what they say first and if there is no recourse through them I would open it up and see what's up inside but that's just me.... 30-50 boxes are not worth spending a lot of time with with the cost and time to ret...

my beta test unit took 2 days less than 2 months to get here direct from GT Media, I bought a unit on Ebay from China that was here in USA in less than 2 weeks, I ordered the new UHD from Aliexpress so will see what time it takes them

Hopefully mine will be here in about a week, also can't wait, hopefully we will get more 4k channels to make the box worth while

Also wondering if and when software will be available for this box

Just received the receiver and while I am limited because of my location (NW USA) and services I use it for I will give some impressions of this new receiver.. I have not fully incorporated all of my satellite data into the receiver yet so this information will be limited to what I have seen so far,...

Had to look at 21 pages on Aliexpress to find it, just ordered one, just received my V8x to test, gonna get busy soon...

xsat has said it correctly, they do not provide regular updates, Gtmedia and every other box maker out there makes no guarantees as to what you can or can't see with their boxes, for what these boxes cost and for what you receive they are a bargain, enjoy it while you can, I have watched the skies g...

Thanks guys for letting me know I am not the only one waiting, I ended up ordering another one drom a different source 2 weeks ago and tracking shows it to be in my country and yes Juan Vale it has a tracking number that starts with an L, the beta receiver still shows to be on the airplane, Oh well ...

Would love to test but have yet to receive the receiver to beta test after almost a month and a half, oh well, maybe all the bugs will be taken care of by the time it arrives, that is if it ever does....

Yep, was an azbox, also used a pci card for a while

We will find out when these boxes finally are received, my last receiver that would do 4.2.2 was made 10 years ago and cost 6 times what this box cost

Just looking at the specs I would say no it will not be capable of 4.2.2
