We lost Reuters News Channel on our streaming box. Satellite charts shows it listed as FTA clear on 113W Ku 12046H. There are only a hand full of channels on this transponder and we can get one or two but not Reuters. Can anyone get it? It’s a great world news channel.

It turns out that when a new version is released, create a new DB ?

The DB can be reused from V209 unless we changed the DB struct again.
That mean you don't need the create a new DB from now on.

New V8UHD arriving this week. First, updating to latest firmware V210. Then what next for NA database? Start scanning and generating my own sat list or load one available here? Appreciate your advice.

Is there a user guide for the initial installation and settings for the gtshare application? When you buy a new V8X, does it come with the gtshare installed or do you have to install it? I don’t own a V8X but thinking about getting one.

I use a Satellite Positioner with DiSEqC 1.2 motor commands, my V8 Super, V8 Nova and V8 Pro2 work perfectly my GTC box has never worked. With the GTC I have to move the dish separately.

Hi Hank, I just checked and they are coming thru fine on my V7HD so they are still active. So they do scan in but just will not decrypt ??? Normally deleting the tp and rescanning will fix that, but if you have the problem on the GTC then I would go for the key. I can Pm you what i use for that TP ...
