Ok, the good way to set up of DVB-C is doing installation via Range Scan option. Then all 999 channels from tv provider recognized well.
I still need software button in menu of DVB to switch TV and Radio channels.

DVB-C doesn't recognise most of channels to compare with TV-set on the same cable. I guess something wrong with passing parameters for set up. The rest of channels as well as all DVB-T2 have quality downgrading from HD to 576i. But then turn on teletext/EPG the visible quality of picture on the scre...
