After checking (flysat) La7 at 11919v 29900 is (Nagravison) TV8 at 12207h 29900 is (Nagravision) also, which is not supported, unless you are using a (tivusat) card.
Both satellites should be set at (9750- 10600).

Just to hi-lite, you use the (arrows) up/down to move channels, if you press too hard, you will jump channels.
If you know what channel you want, (after a while you know what number it is at) just press the number on the remote.

On your setup for 19e, your setting is (9750-10750), it should be the same as you have for 13e (9750-10600).

Can you confirm how your receiver is set up to receive these two satellites.
Is it with a (mono block) which houses two lnb's together, or two lnb's through a diseq switch.

Could you give us photo shoot of the screen, to show what you mean.
Some times when a channel is testing, it puts in were the (channel name) is a number, before it is renamed.
ie Like this at 28e 11538v 22000, given ident as 22167, then renamed as Iman Hussein 3.

Is this with the latest update, i have the same issue, was trying to add 14w, from 15w, to carry out a blind scan, took all actions, left for a while, went back to the screen to see what progress was been made, found it was still at 0%. I then cancelled the scan, it then took the receiver to go back...

It could be that the first transponder within the data base of the receiver for 19e , is no longer been used, that may be why you got (No Signal).

Subtitle wise, when you press the remote (SUB-T) you should get on the screen (Subtitle Language), i tried this and found that it did not work on any of the BBC Satback channels.

By the look of it, the last update for this receiver, was 2019.
You may have to update to newer receiver, like V8UHD / V7Pro / V8 Turbo.

As you have said yourself, you are receiving channels from 19e, with your dish set at 19e. But you have selected 23e in the receiver to scan, were you should select 19e then carry out a blind scan of the said satellite, then with the remote delete the channels that you do not require. When you set up your receiver, make sure that your lnb settings are correct (Universal 9750 -10600).
What your issue could be, is that the likes of (sky) now use a special type of lnb,
I am not too clued up on this, but i have got a V7Pro, i will check some settings, and will amend this post.
