3900v @ 125w
3900 v 29079 125w--- these used to light up but no longer do. Anyone have a remedy?
Re: 3900v @ 125w
Some channels are beginning to move around. Caracol S2 move to 127w. Some NBC, Universal move from 125w to 123w. So the best will be to delete all channels from this mux and re-scan the TP to see if they still there or if the code was changed
Re: 3900v @ 125w
Maybe I used the wrong terminology--light up? This signal is still there but the encrypted ones no longer work to where you can watch them anymore. The open channels at that signal still play fine, such as NTD TV East, America's Value Channel, etc. The Sony chs, Mav tv, etc, are no longer playing like they were in the past.

maybe I used the wrong terminology to. Channel could suffer code , pids changes or even gone. The only way to fix such problems is deleting them and re-scanning. If after all they scan again fine and still show as PV maybe the keys expired. What model do you have??901 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 8:38 pmMaybe I used the wrong terminology--light up? On both my V7pro and V8x the Sony chs and Mav tv are working normally. It seems the EMM is in the firmware, as when I went to those channels it took about a minute to open (I don't normally watch those channel). I did not re-scan, just using old scans of about 2 months ago. FYI.901 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 8:38 pm

Re: 3900v @ 125w
He most be using an old model with an expired emm on his Softcam
Re: 3900v @ 125w
V7S does not have keys updated on his FW. You need to keep your box update entering keys into the softcam.key file. I will send some keys to you to test
Re: 3900v @ 125w
Problem solved on it's own. I deleted all channels on that sat after flashing to latest firmware and after importing userdb back in. I then did a rescan. All these chs play fine again.
Re: 3900v @ 125w
OK, that was my first recommendation. Glad you solve it.901 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 01, 2021 3:06 pmProblem solved on it's own. I deleted all channels on that sat after flashing to latest firmware and after importing userdb back in. I then did a rescan. All these chs play fine again.

You're the one who solved it for me per your suggestion. When I finally got around to trying your suggestion, it worked like a charm, it fixed itself by doing that, didn't need to try different keys after all. Thanks.cpr43 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 01, 2021 3:16 pmOK, that was my first recommendation. Glad you solve it.901 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 01, 2021 3:06 pmProblem solved on it's own.
