Was using 17k Gulf Star then changed to 15k but still locks and unlocks signal. What type of lnbf are you using.

That gulf star is among the best for that tp. I use that gulf star and its clear 24/7.
All you have to do is wakeup early in the morning.
Like 6:00 in the morning.
Track 3974h19500, it has the strongest signal. While standing in front of your dish, get the signal to read at least 69-73 and tighten the screw carefully and when you get out of the dish, the signal quality would be reading 92-95. That is it, turn the tp 3740h3000, and voila, its 69-72 that my friend means 24/7.

I tried maximizing tp 3974h19500 and is now @ 70% yet tp 3740h3000 reaches 63% then constantly drops to 0%
