Software for v7 combo

I've seen a software dated 9/4/2019 at the downloads center. What is the software for? How should i know the purpose of the software posted at the downloads center?

Every firmware release show a Change Log in the download section and inside the download file.

The only information I can get from download section is a firmware for emulator for harsh mode 4 but no more details on what the software solve. Elaborate please.

new firmware a little bit change, found some bug is same , it did not improvement.

Just added a new hash code for A F N.
