LePlex HD on Asiasat 7 Powervu not Working

Hi im using GTmedia 7S HD and i enjoyed the product, I got 1 problem om LePlex HD on Asiasat 7 Powervu not Working...All channels on this TP worked except LePlex, What seems to be the problem?? Any ideas on how to fix this?? Thanks
BTW im using 1st of april 2019 Firmware

As for the channel please post satellite name/ location , TP frequency, Channel Name

BTW im using 1st of april 2019 Firmware
That channel was dropped some time back and is now an empty channel.
TCM was also dropped and CNN's New feed channel DNews is due to end on 31 May 2019 as they are going to internet feeds.

I think youre right mate...after i updated my FW still no joy...thanks for the insights
