How To Solve L804 Booting Problem On Freesat V7 HD Mini?

Please help me find solution to this problem, It fails to boot successful and I tried to use PC Tools but the upgrading process fail to work properly please refer to below pictures

Try using different software versions and or the version you had when it failed.

Ok Thanks but After change to old version 03082018 here is the another problem appeared please suggest possible solution
