whats the difference between blind scan and full scan and which one do you recomend

Full scan scans the TPs already stored, Blind scan looks for new TPs & adds them to the TP list.

Blind scan will search for all the new and old frequencies on a particular satellite and full scan will search on all the existing frequencies on your box.Hope this help you understand

means if there was a setellite which wasn't in the list if i blind scan it ll add and scan itself automatically to the list

You much "ADD" a new satellite to the list, set up the LNB settings and then blind scan.
