Hola tengo el siguiente problema
Enchufe mi decodificador gtmedia v7s hd y me sale la pantalla negra con un mensaje USB UPGRADE DO NOT POWER OFF me conteste con el vendedor y me indico los pasos a seguir
Me mandó el flash.bin y las indicaciones
Realice todos los pasos pero el decodificador no reacciona sigue igual
El pendrive que tengo es de 16 GB en formato FAT32
Alguien me podría orientar como solucionar mi problema por favor gracias

Hola, por lo que dices, creo que tendrás que recuperar el cable RS232. No estoy seguro, pero la conexión debe estar dentro del dispositivo. Y lo peor es si tu dispositivo está clonado. Buena suerte...

Try it with the "flash.bin method". For this you have to rename a firmware.bin file for your Receiver (look at Downloadsection). On the PC you unpack the firmware file and rename it to flash.bin. This flash.bin file is copied directly into the main directory of an empty USB stick. Now you turn the receiver off (not standby) and insert the USB stick. Then you put power back on the receiver and immediately press the menu button on the remote control at fast intervals. Now you should see the message "Update ......" on the TV screen. Wait until this process is completed and the receiver reboots with the desired firmware.
If it does not work, unplug the WiFi stick and try again. Also use several USB sticks for testing, if it does not work.

Probieren Sie es mit der "flash.bin-Methode" aus. Dazu müssen Sie eine firmware.bin-Datei für Ihren Receiver umbenennen (siehe Downloadsection). Auf dem PC entpacken Sie die Firmware-Datei und benennen sie in flash.bin um. Diese flash.bin-Datei wird direkt in das Hauptverzeichnis eines leeren USB-Sticks kopiert. Jetzt schalten Sie den Receiver aus (nicht Standby) und stecken den USB-Stick ein. Dann schalten Sie den Receiver wieder ein und drücken in kurzen Abständen sofort die Menütaste auf der Fernbedienung. Jetzt sollte die Meldung "Update ......" auf dem Fernsehbildschirm angezeigt werden. Warten Sie, bis dieser Vorgang abgeschlossen ist und der Receiver mit der gewünschten Firmware neu startet. Wenn es nicht funktioniert, ziehe den WiFi Stick ab und probiere es noch mal. Benutze auch mehrere USB-Sticks zum testen , falls es nicht funktioniert.

Pruébelo con el "método flash.bin". Para hacer esto, debe cambiar el nombre de un archivo firmware.bin para su receptor (consulte la sección de descarga). En la PC, desempaquete el archivo de firmware y cámbiele el nombre a flash.bin. Este archivo flash.bin se copia directamente en el directorio principal de una memoria USB vacía. Ahora apague el receptor (no en espera) e inserte la memoria USB. Luego encienda el receptor nuevamente y presione el botón de menú en el control remoto a intervalos cortos. Ahora el mensaje "Actualizar ......" debería aparecer en la pantalla del televisor. Espere hasta que este proceso se complete y el receptor se reinicie con el firmware deseado. Si no funciona, desconecte el dispositivo WiFi e intente nuevamente. También use varias memorias USB para realizar pruebas, si no funciona.
