GTMedia V7 Plus - PROBLEM signal SAT and DVB-T

I've had a very frequent email contact since yesterday. Several people are writing to me about it and they are concerned about my problem.
I hope that GTMax and Winsat ltd. will positively solve the customer problem.

I got the same problem. Seller Shop4503014 Store on AliExpress.
Serial V7SP1907012218 . Shows "No signal". Works only YouTube with WIFI dongle.
About 5V on telesial antena input and not changes from sets change on screen.
0V (zero) on SAT.
It is not my first SAT system. First I made 25 years ago.

I bought 5 pcs. GTMEDIA V7 PLUS and only 1 psc. was good. 4 devices were broken (no signal SAT and DVB-T)
Are the interests of consumers at stake?

At the end I left with no money and not working device. The seller I mentioned earlier. In fact he is not guilty, that GTMedia V7 Plus not works. GTMedia company gave them those. As I see from posts there are several not working devices, but no responce from GTMedia and I have bad thoughts about GTMedia company.
