I am still trying to align my dish towards this satellite. I am in East Africa. Can I nab it with a 1.8m dish?

You have in Africa well catches 36E there is African television, and 52.5 E this is not very far difference in 16 degrees. I think you can catch it, especially since you have a large plate.
