I recently have this decoder and still haven't been able to see anything, I got sc on Aliexpress connect and all, but the channels tell me to encrypt program. I would be grateful to you with an orientation

galaxy 19 C or Ku band? Most galaxy 19 channels are FTA. What is SC??

I tried 19ku, SC is cccam protocol. I am not successful with this device, I do not know what I am doing wrong

Non Ku channels on 19ku are available to watch using Cccam. You need to ask to whoever you bought them from and ask for what provider/sat or channels are for. As far as 19ku there is no need for anything to watch those channels just your dish/lnb and your box.

maybe you are pointing your dish into a wrong direction

You will need to go back. Let us know what do you have , what do you want to do or watch? Non cable operator used satellite to transmit, thats why they are cable operator. They used cable.

I disconnected the cable from the box provided by the CLARO TV company and connected it to the v7plus, once it was connected to the dish as I scanned, I just want to see v7plus work and pay channels open.
