V7 S2X Dice no soporta H265

Buenos dias. Compre un v7 s2x el vendedor me dijo que tenia soporte h265
pero al escanear el ses 6, 40w el canal telemedellin dice no soporta h265
que puedo hacer para ver el canal? Tampoco abre l canal Suram.

You need to talk to your seller, he gave you bad information. If you look here >> viewtopic.php?p=83010#p83010 it states very clearly that it does not do H265. On that same page you can see the specs.

Where did you get that description from.... Amazon..AliExpress...ect. Did you bother to check the GTMedia page and read all the specs >> https://www.freesat.cc/products/gtmedia ... e-receiver <<
nowhere on that page will you find reference to H.265. Sorry

El manual fue escrito para el V7 S2X y el V7 Pro. El V7 Pro si es H.265

about the v7s2x product,we will conact the seller and remove the h265 information.
So you can find v7pro,v7tt,v8x or v8uhd,they are all work with h265.
