Hi, I have read this:

2. Support 19.2E_ French channel TNT playback
3. Solve the problem that Youtube can't play

Did it means that french TNTSAT works for free with this box without card?
Or must buy one and works inside the card reader?

Works for (free) without a card, some of the transponders are 11817 / 11856 / 11895 / 11934 / 12012v / 12090 / 12168 / 12207 / 12246 / 12285 / 12324 / 12402v 29700,also 12552 / 12728v 22000.
Go through each transponder, there will be duplicate channels on some of the transponders and channels from another user which will not clear.
The keys for the channels are built within the software.
Just go through this slowly, you will have to delete a lot of channels to get a channel list that you want and in the order that you want it.

Just carried out a few scans of transponders,22 Feb 2021 1400hrs, to see if these channels were still clearing, found that the ONLY channels clearing were on transponder 12552v 22000, ( Cherie 25 / NRJ 12), this is the same with the V8UHD / V8X V8TURBO.
We could have lost a lot of the channels (TNT)(FRANSAT).

Not to sure with the V7s, that is a old model, check in the download section, to see what the last update was this model.

I have v8 pro 2 whether with the last firmware 08.12.2020. can I open 19.2E_ French channel TNT playback?

Your model may require new software to receive the said channels at 5w and 19e.
