Trasponder 12073 in Astra 13E

V7 pro combo.
Non trova i canali Cielo, 8 TV, tv2000.
Tentato l'inserimento fallito in quanto dice canale esistente.
Io non l'ho trovato.
Potete verificare e dare informazioni.

Can you confirm what satellite your dish is pointing towards, there is no (Astra 13e), but there is (Eutelsat 13e), better known as (Hotbirds)
i have had a look on (flysat) at 19e, for the said transponder, the information is that transponder is just (test carrier).
What channels do you wise to decode, and how do wise to do this, with more information, we will be able to help.
At 1600hrs , checked (flysat), new channels was on 12070h 27500 at 19e Austria Sport channels 2/3/4 of which 2 is HD.

I think i have found the channels that you wish to decode, which are (Cielo HD / Sky 4K HDR / TV8 Italia HD and Sky Atlantic).
I also have the V7Pro receiver, and carried out a scan which is as follows, Menu - Install - Satellite List - OK, go to 13e (HotBird), then press (SAT) on the remote, a list of transponders will come up, go to 12072v 29900, then press the (Blue) button on the remote to scan the transponder.
A box will come up , (were it says (FTA Only), put in (NO), then carry out a search.
My receiver found 4 channels, which are as above.

Come da tue indicazioni su hotbird 13E e trasponder 12072 v 29900.
Trovati 13 canali ma non i 4 in elenco.
Cercherò il trasponder 12073 dove trovare i 4 canali mancanti.

I work only whith 1 Channel hot Bird 13est.
The N. 7 on list.
On Tvusat the 4 channels are transmitted on trasponder 12073v 29900 buy is unpossible to add.
The respinse Is: alredy exist. Is not thrue.

Ciao, ho provato a fare la scansione del trasponder di cui parli, 12073V 29900 e mi trova i 4 canali menzionati. Tu parli di altri 13 canali, ma su quel trasponder i canali sono solo 4. Non è che non hai configurato bene LNB? Deve essere Universal (9750-10600), ma immagino,lo avrai già fatto.
Non ti trova solo quelli o anche altri in HD? Te lo chiedo perchè un mio amico aveva un problema simile, riusciva a sintonizzare quasi la totalità dei canali SD, ma non quelli HD. E' bastato puntare meglio la parabla e li ha trovati tutti.

When you are on your transponder list for 13e, you may find that a transponder is in your list which is close in numbers to the one that you want, it may be in (V) or (H), delete these, then add your transponder, and scan as above posts.

Ho cancellato il trasponder 12072v ed inserito il 12073 ed ha trovato i canali richiesti.

Ho avuto lo stesso problema, ho provato a cancellare 12072 v 29900 e inserire 12073 v 29900 ma invece di sintonizzare il trasponder corretto, sintonizzava nuovamente il trasponder 11919 v 29900.
Alla fine ho provato a fare un reset dal menu Strumenti->Impostazioni di fabbrica
Ho rifatto la scansione da Installa->Scansione LCN Italia e tutto ha funzionato.
Spero possa servire a qualcuno.

I had the same problem, tryed to delete 12072 v 29900 and insert 12073 v 29900 but instead of tune the right trasponder it tuned the 11919 v 29900.
After that i tryed to do a factory reset through menu Tools->Factory Setting
Then i made again the tuning through menu Install->Italy LCN Scan and it worked.
Hope it could help someone.

Instead of deleting the transponder, why not just (Edit), i have scanned the said transponder with the V8 turbo and found 4 TV channels all scrambled.
Sky Atlantic/cielo HD / TV8 HD / 4K HDR.
