Purchased brand New TT Pro and it was DoA

I have purchased at the end of February 2021 3 pcs of the set-top DVB-T2/C GTMedia TT Pro boxes at GT media online store.

2 pcs are working fine, but one is bricked and is showing FUP9 bootloader error,
The seller is watched my photos and downloaded my videos, describing my problem, but after 14 days he/she stopped to communicate.
I have tried to solve the issue with them peacefully and asked for a new tuner without the accessories or a refund money back, but without any success.

It makes your product too expensive even for free by such behavior.

Try a flash.bin recovery.
I UP9 mode you may also be able to select the software on your USB stick and reload it on screen.
If you are not seeing video of that UP9 screen on your TV try the TV mode button on the remote. That will chnage the video output from PAL to NTSC.
Another user got their unit to work.
