Biss key are Erased then turn off and turn on

I have a problem whith my GT media V7s2x, I add biss key and the channel is working very well but I turn off my stb and then I turn on again and channel it's not working ( channel encrypted).

the v7s2x supports auto-biss function， so you can only connect the internet by wifi，then play the biss channel,it will be playing.
about your issue,after you turn on the box, then enter the biss key menu,the biss key is erased or not?

Remember also that any auto BISS key found will need the net connected after power on to reuse the key from memory.

I've noticed it too, I have a softcam file (for importing due to firmware updates) with 8 Viaccess kesy, 8 Irdeto keys, 10 Nagravision Keys, 731 PoweVu keys, 841 Bss Keys and 184 Tandberg keys; after the import everithing is ok, but after powering off the unit, the Tandberg keys are gone (0), Biss keys just 241 remain the other 600 ... gone too!!!

I've noticed it too, I have a softcam file (for importing due to firmware updates) with 8 Viaccess kesy, 8 Irdeto keys, 10 Nagravision Keys, 731 PoweVu keys, 841 Bss Keys and 184 Tandberg keys; after the import everithing is ok, but after powering off the unit, the Tandberg keys are gone (0), Biss keys just 241 remain the other 600 ... gone too!!!

Yes, V7 is limited to 1,000. It has being reported before. What I usually do is try to delete as much as I can from old keys to stay within the 1,000

Sorry to hear that, because I was hoping that the missing ones were because they were already hiden in the .bin file of the firmware.

Sorry to hear that, because I was hoping that the missing ones were because they were already hiden in the .bin file of the firmware.

If EMM au keys are in the softcam.key you can delete Old ECMs 00 and 01. The EMM Au will found new ones if you deleted some. Those new V7 models with the keys embedded and Internet connected (V7 plus, V7s2x) does not required to load softcam.key file. Also, If in west arc or América I don't think we have 184 Tandberg keys or working channels. Those are limited
