V7 Max galaxy 14/30 125 west TP 4120 and 4160 are showing no signal

My V7 Max is no longer receiving a signal from galaxy 14/30 125 west TP 4120 H 30000 and 4160 H 30000, Is the problem the transponder no longer working or is there a problem with my electronics? ie: LNBF of the sat box?

These signals are still there. Playing fine on my end. Problem must be at your location? Are you getting all the other channel's on this sat? My old freesat v7 getting these here.

Ok, Now all I am getting is 3900 and 4080, I have lost 3960, 4000, 4120, and 4160. this started 2 months age with 4160 and last week 4120 and just in the last few days 3960 and 2 days ago 4000. Up until then all was receiving very well, it was like the transmission from the transponders were just fading away. Other viewable transponders on that sat I just have no interest in scanning, news it not what I watch much.
