Box v7s2x congela imagem passados uns minutos

Quando estou a ver tv volta e meia a imgem congela e a box dwixa de reapondwr ao comando! Sera falta de actualização do firmware?

when this issue is happened,what channel are you watching, free channel or encrpted channel, or all of the channels are not ok?
how about can it be recovered?Reboot the box or only waiting some times, it will be ok?
