PVR on FAT32 vs NTFS USB

I noticed that recording HEVC with stream higher than 7-8 mbps on NTFS formatted disk is not possible without video drops.
The records are fine on FAT formatted disk. Strange. Can anybody please explain this.

For fat32 file system compatibility is better than ntfs file system
