I would like follow this steps:
1) backup the channel list.
2) export the softcam.key to usb device
3) update the firmware to box by allcode mode
4) update channel list then import softcam.key
but i need help for that.
1) in the usb device by usb backup menu in user db ?
2) in the usb device by usb backup menu in ?
3) ok
4) update list and key by usb upgrade in ?

You can back up your user file to USB and edit it using the
channel editor.
The latest
firmware is here.
Unpack the .zip folder and copy the .bin file on to a USB to update using the "ALL Code" method.
As for softcam, most of the powervu codes will auto roll in the unit and BISS will auto roll if you have the internet connected.
You can export the softcam file and look at it on a PC using notepad.
Note to reload the softcam.key file it must be named softcam.key, not exportsoftcam.key as is exported from the unit.
To get to the softcam menu you need to press 6666 to open the hidden menu.

I already known update new software ,i have problems with Channel list and softcam key.
I have understand that Channel list goes in USB backup and then in user DB ( backup mode)
For backup softcam key : USB backup then in user DB + system data ?
For update channel list : USB upgrade then user DB
For update softcam key : change the name ( with editor ) USB upgrade in ?

1 . Here you save a database of satellites and channels.

2. Here you save the satellite and channel database + system settings.
You can create two files and check what happened. I don't understand what's not clear here.

To back up the softcam key, go to another "
Network" menu: through the "
6666" dial on the control panel.

This is very easy to do . Register the settings in a file and update (import) Each server has its own line.

Thanks again, but i want back up my cline already written in CS protocol. This is not clear for me.
After upgrade new software ,i have to import the same cline.

Take this newcamd archive. Here's my satellite database and keys for you (example). See if it suits you.
PS. Save your settings before updating.

Hi, sorry for this very simple question for a V7 Pro: what happen if we perform (V7 pro just unboxed) only the updating of the firmware sw without back up of the channel list and export/import of the softcam.key?

se appena acquistato, non hai dentro nè lista canali nè altro, quindi fai un semplice aggiornamento del software e non succede nulla.

If you have it only from the "box", then you do not need to save anything, but you can check the satellite database. Maybe it will suit you (transponders have been tweaked). If necessary, you can always reset to factory settings. Transponders are not edited in the official software. The key file can be updated if you don't have internet. The file shows how to register encoding keys. Check it out.

Hola soy nuevo en este foro y mi freeesat v7hd se me des configuro y no copie ni guarde ningún dato me podrían ayudar con listas de canales las teclas softkan key veo que dan Muchas respuestas para otros modelos con el mismo problema que el mio por favor ayúdenme gracias
