V7S HD com intensidade mas sem qualidade

Não estou conseguindo sintonizar canais em meu V7S HD. Estava funcionando perfeitamente, porém do nada perdeu os canais sintonizados, realizei a busca no 70w, mas não consegui mais captar os canais. A intensidade fica em torno de 79/80 % e a qualidade zero. Mesmo ajustando a antena, a situação não muda. Existe alguma coisa que eu ainda possa fazer, ou isso seria um problema fatal para meu receptor?

If you can try your V7 on another dish.
It may be your LNB has failed or gone off frequency.

Also check the antenna setting menu, that you still have the correct setting for you dish.
Also try a blind scan.
Check that a tree has now grown in front of your dish, or that moss has grown on the dish.
Check the cable too. Remember to power off before unplugging the cable.

Já tentei outra antena e já fiz busca cega. Também não há nada na frente da antena. Sinceramente não sei o que fazer.

Save all your data, user file, softcam and any ccam info etc and do a factory reset and scan the satellite again after you set up the antenna setting.

Já havia feito esse procedimento também, mas não resolveu.

Troquei o lnb para ver se surtia algum resultado, mas mesmo assim, nada mudou. Média de 80% de intensidade e 0 de qualidade. Acho que meu receptor está estragado mesmo. Já tem alguma atualização prevista? Ou devo mesmo desistir do aparelho?

Maybe your satellite dish got moved or a tree branch or something has moved and blocked it.
A new cable on the power polls on the street blocking the signal? It must be in the line between the dish and the satellite.

Even just a spider moving in to the LNB if the cover is broken will drop signal.
Bird droppings on the LNB as well.

Resolvido! Troquei o lnb e reposicionei a antena. Agora preciso da softcam. Key, já que resetei o receptor sem fazer o backup

A look at 70w on lyngsat dot com shows most channels are Nagravision.
For those you need a ccam account.

Did you have one in the unit you brought?
If so contact the seller for details of your account.
