I have GTMEDIA V7TT
When decoding channels (NAGRA), image+box randomly freezes. Solution: power off and on.
In normal channels (uncrypted), only box randomly freezes. Image continue playing and sound, but the box stop to answer the remote controller (cant change volume or channel). Solution: turn power off and on.

This is also happening in my older GTMEDIA V8 PRO2 (same symptoms)

Any advice?

Is it the same channel that this happens on with both boxes?

Could it be your internet? For niagra you are likely using Ccam.

Yes on the same channel, but it happens in multiples channels.

Yes I'm decoding the channels with cccam configured in the box (8 servers)

If my internet fails, channel freeze but the box won't. I still can change channel, volume, etc.

In this case, whole box freeze, there is any way to try to check some log error?

I remember users saying that more than 4 line of Ccam causes problems.

How much time you need? 30seconds? or 5 minutes?

Normally 2 minutes is what GT Media uses, but as it is a CCam issue 5 may be better.

With firmware version V266 this don't happens.

Only happens on V296 and V311.

Same issue here..

V266 Is in the Download section.
